We recognize we can’t do this work alone. The work of Neema is made possible through partnerships with those who are like-minded in their desire to extend love and grace in order to see lives transformed. There is a growing group of individuals, families, churches, and businesses who fuel the work of discipleship, Christ-centered counseling, and skills training that is not only transforming the lives of our Neema students from the inside out, but their families and communities as well.
Here are a few ways your church can partner with Neema. We encourage a combination of the following:
Share the Neema Story!
Take part in our annual Love Campaign
Our Love Campaign takes place every February. Through it, Neema provides church members the opportunity to partner with one of our students through our Grace Partner sponsorship program OR become members of our Grace Collective. We’ll come to your church, share about the mission and vision of Neema, and stay around after the service to answer any questions and give people an opportunity to sign up.
Provide Quarterly Updates
In order to keep your congregation in the loop with what’s happening at Neema, we’d love to come share quarterly updates either in person or through media footage.
Become a Church Ambassador
A church ambassador is someone within your congregation who has chosen to partner with Neema and is willing to champion the mission and vision of Neema at your church. As the ambassador, he or she can give the monthly updates and help to keep your congregation informed about Neema and the impact your partnership is having.
We understand that not all churches are in a position financially to give monthly or annually. That said, being able to share also goes a long way in helping Neema accomplish the work it’s doing. It enables us to gain new individual partners who are passionate about seeing that work realized.

TRAVEL TO THE FIELD
Opportunities for travel to Kenya to invest in relationship and the work of Neema. Individuals invited to travel to Neema are taken through the book "Helping Without Hurting in Short-Term Missions" in order to deepen their understanding of what poverty is: broken relationship with God, self, others, and the rest of creation. The hope is to shepherd team members toward lasting engagement with missions and poverty alleviation.
