At Neema, we continue to hold to the belief that if you change one young woman, you can change her family and community as well. We believe our students can become active change agents in their communities as business owners and employees with integrity. Doing so will challenge the unspoken norms in Kenyan culture that view women as worthless and help to bring equality to women worldwide.
